Luther King is a Theological College, bed and breakfast and conference centre in Rusholme Job Summary To work alongside our other general maintenance person to cover reactive and scheduled maintenance on a daily basis in hotel bedrooms, meeting rooms, public areas and offices. There may be times that working off site is required Main duties will include: basic plumbing, electrical and joinery work painting and decorating garden maintenance compliance checks cleaning being able to assist in a variety of reasonable tasks as directed by the Operations Manager Personal Qualities Ability to work unsupervised Excellent Time Management Ability to prioritise own workload Although this role is not directly ‘public-facing,’ the successful applicant will need to respond in an appropriate manner to residents and guests Valid driving license would be preferred Hours of Work 1.00pm - 6.00pm - Monday to Friday but occasional weekend or evening work maybe required We are happy to meet candidates who may want to explore flexible working hours
