Duties
* Conduct complex diagnostics, repairs, and warranty work across a broad vehicle range
* Service electric and hybrid vehicles safely and effectively, adhering to manufacturer standards
* Utilise diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve a variety of vehicle issues
* Complete hydraulic repairs and perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks
* Assist and mentor Apprentice Technicians to develop their technical skills as a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician
* Maintain high standards of safety and quality, ensuring compliance with company policies
Requirements
* Minimum Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
* Recognised diagnostic qualification is essential
* Previous experience working as a Vehicle Technician or within a similar workshop environment, ideally in a main dealer setting
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Willingness to undertake ongoing training, especially in electric and hybrid vehicle technology
* Positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent customer service
