Assistant Site Manager – Façade Remediation (High-End Residential)

Contract Duration: 24 November – 19 December 2025

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to support remediation works on a high-end apartment development in Milton Keynes. This is a short-term contract ideal for someone with façade, cladding, or external envelope experience who can confidently step into a busy live project.
Role Responsibilities
* Assist the Site Manager with day-to-day coordination of façade remediation works
* Supervise trades and subcontractors, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to programme
* Support daily site operations including inductions, permits, and toolbox talks
* Monitor H&S compliance and maintain site documentation
* Liaise with the client, main contractor, and project team to ensure smooth progress
* Report on works completed, upcoming activities, and any issues impacting timelines
Requirements
* Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager or Site Supervisor, ideally within façades, cladding, or external envelope (Prefered)
* Strong understanding of remediation and high-rise residential standards
* Valid CSCS card
* SMSTS or SSSTS
* First Aid at Work (advantageous)
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Able to start 24 November 2025 and commit through to 19 December 2025
