Your new employer has developed a high-quality insurance service designed to support the needs of niche Property Owners throughout the UK. As this offering gains popularity among clients, growth and expansion have exceeded expectations.
They are now seeking highly motivated insurance professionals with experience in Private Clients/HNW Account Handling to help drive continued growth. Trading with a wide range of leading UK insurers, we have developed bespoke products tailored to our clients' needs, along with high levels of underwriting authority and control.
The Role
1. Providing outstanding customer service to clients and building strong relationships with clients and insurer partners.
2. Handling enquiries, quotations, MTA’s, and renewals efficiently.
3. Recording all relevant information, correspondence, and documentation in our system.
4. Collaborating with the wider team to achieve business objectives, including revenue and loss ratio goals.
The ideal individual will have
1. At least 2 years of experience in Household and Personal Lines, preferably in Non-standard and HNW insurance.
2. Strong technical insurance skills.
3. Ability to work independently.
4. Skill in assessing and responding appropriately to clients' understanding levels.
5. Proficiency in computer applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with Acturis is desirable but not essential.
