Job Description
We are looking to recruit for an experienced National Sales Manager to work within a highly successful and growing business lead and grow client relationships across health care, workplace safety, and wellness sectors. You'll promote a broad portfolio of health care services and support a team of BDMs, Sales Executives, Account Managers and Marketing. \n\nDuties:\n\nDevelop and execute a regional sales strategy\nBuild long-term relationships with health care providers, corporates, and public sector organisations\nIdentify and convert new business opportunities\nCollaborate with service delivery and technical teams to meet client needs\nReport on pipeline activity and performance metrics\nTo support mentor and lead a sales team.\nDeal with tenders and local authority frameworks.\nManage a team of people through excellent leadership and coaching.
\n\nExperience: \n\nProven experience in B2B sales, ideally in health care / diagnostics. \nStrong management skills, leadership and coaching.\nStrong commercial acumen and negotiation skills\nAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative team\nExcellent communication and presentation skills\nFull UK driving licence \n\nSalary & Benefits\n\nCompetitive base salary of up to £75,000 plus excellent uncapped bonus scheme.\nCompany car or car allowance\n25 days annual leave + bank holidays\nPension scheme, life assurance, and private health care \n\nOngoing professional development and career progression opportunities
