I have a BRILLIANT opportunity for a MOTIVATED and RESILIENT individual to join a “GOOD” children’s residential service in Ely, Cambridgeshire as a Children's Residential Support Worker, supporting young people aged 8 - 18 years with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). Salary: £31,279 to £33,705 (sleep allowance included) Location: Ely, Cambridgeshire Hours: Full-Time Contract: Permanent Shift pattern: Long day shifts and sleep-ins required We are looking for an EMPATHETIC and DRIVEN individual who wants to make a difference in the lives of young people; to enable them to develop socially, emotionally and behaviourally in a setting where they feel safe and cared for. Requirements: * Experience as a Children’s Residential Support Worker, or with Young People, is desirable but not essential. * Experience within another healthcare or social care setting is desirable but not essential. * You must be a car driver as you will be required to transport young people from time to time. * You must be over the age of 21. * You must be able to commute to Ely, Cambridgeshire.
