Kennedys is looking for a Associate to work on high value multi-track large loss matters. The candidate will contribute to the effectiveness of the team by providing a comprehensive and efficient support to the existing team when acting for a range of external clients so that the business objectives of the firm and team are achieved.
The candidates shall maintain the high standard of service offered to the firm's existing clients and to assist in furthering the professional reputation of the team.

This area of the team focuses on defending claims arising from road traffic accidents advising a major insurer on coverage, liability and quantum. On quantum, we handle a real mix of claims ranging from straightforward fractures to life changing injuries as well as accidents which have tragically resulted in fatalities. The Partner leading the team has a long-standing relationship with the insurer which results quite unusual and sometimes rather unique claims being received. This position offers an opportunity to work on a wide scope of cases arising from road collisions.
