Head of Sales
£60,000 Basic + £50,000 OTE + Company Car
Full P&L responsibility for sales and operations in a regional business.
Manage a complete business unit with a commercial focus.
You’re already delivering.
You’re winning business, growing accounts and probably helping others around you do the same.
But you’re still not fully in control of the bigger picture.
This role is built for someone who wants that next step, more influence, more responsibility and a genuine say in how a business grows.
You’ll take on a commercially focused role where you’re driving sales, shaping strategy and influencing performance, with real visibility on the numbers and how decisions impact them.

What you’ll be doing:
• Driving sales performance and account growth
• Developing and mentoring others within the team
• Identifying opportunities to grow revenue and margin
• Working closely with leadership to shape commercial direction
• Taking increasing ownership of performance and results
What we’re looking for:
• A high-performing salesperson with leadership exposure
• Experience mentoring, coaching or managing others
• Strong commercial awareness and drive to grow business
• Someone who wants more control, responsibility and progression
You might be a senior sales rep already influencing others.
Or a sales manager who still enjoys being close to the action.
