About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established care provider for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join their residential care home team in Eye, Suffolk.
As a Support Worker, you will work as part of a supportive team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. You will assist residents with their personal care needs while always promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
You will also support with day-to-day activities within the home and help ensure care standards remain consistently high.
Reports to: Nurse / Senior Support Worker
Key responsibilities
* Supporting residents with personal care needs
* Promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing
* Assisting with daily routines and general activities
* Working as part of a wider care team
* Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
About You
* A caring, patient, and compassionate nature
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as full training is provided

Working Hours
Full-time and part-time positions available. Shifts are flexible and will include weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays as required.
