Senior Account Executive

Climate Technology | Decarbonization SaaS | Carbon & Compliance Solutions

London (Hybrid – 3 days office-based)

Our client is a fast-growing climate technology company helping global industrial organizations adapt to tightening carbon regulations and accelerating decarbonization requirements.

As carbon compliance and cross-border regulation become commercial priorities, demand for solutions providing emissions transparency and compliance readiness is growing rapidly. This creates strong market momentum and immediate commercial opportunity for experienced enterprise sellers.

This role suits sales professionals who want to work on commercially critical challenges while supporting heavy industries transitioning toward more sustainable operations.


What You’ll Be Selling

Enterprise SaaS solutions focused on:

* Carbon compliance and CBAM readiness
* Emissions tracking, reporting, and verification platforms
* Commercial and operational intelligence tools for industrial supply chains

Customers include global organisations across metals, manufacturing, energy, and commodity trading sectors, typically engaging sustainability, compliance, procurement, and commercial leaders.

Role Responsibilities

* Own the full enterprise sales cycle from pipeline generation through to deal closure
* Drive new logo acquisition across heavy industry and global supply chains
* Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes involving technical, commercial, and compliance teams
* Build trusted relationships with senior commercial and operational stakeholders
* Develop and execute outbound strategies within target enterprise accounts


Candidate Profile

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive with a strong new-business mindset who thrives in complex enterprise sales environments and is comfortable building pipeline from scratch.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

* Consistent delivery of approximately $700K–$1M+ ARR against sales targets
* Strong hunter mentality with proven new logo acquisition success
* Experience selling complex solutions into carbon, energy, industrial, or sustainability-related sectors
* Ability to manage long, consultative enterprise sales cycles
* Comfort engaging senior stakeholders across technical and commercial functions


Compensation

* Base salary up to £120,000
* Uncapped commission structure
* OTE up to 2x base salary
