Our bank contracts offer flexibility over the days and hours you work. Tell us when you're available, and we'll try to give you shifts that fit your schedule.

The Role
Make a positive difference in someone's life by joining The Richmond Fellowship Scotland and supporting those who need it most in our communities.
No previous experience in care is required, as full training will be provided by our award-winning learning and development team. Training includes classroom sessions, e-learning, shadowing current Support Practitioners, and meeting the people you will support.
We are seeking staff with the right values who want to make a positive impact. Our approach promotes independence within a recovery-based support model. Daily tasks include assisting with daily living, supporting various needs, and personal care.
To be an effective Support Practitioner, you should:
* Have an empathetic and caring nature
* Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Be IT literate
* Work well independently and as part of a team
* Have good organisational skills
Shift Patterns
Our team provides support 24/7, with shifts including days, evenings, sleepovers, wakened nights, weekends, and bank/public holidays.
