Category Manager
to play a pivotal role in shaping how the brand shows up in front of buyers and shoppers.
The Role
This is a brand new position, and it's absolutely critical for the business. You'll be the go-to on category insights: analysing Dunnhumby, Nielsen and other data sources, building compelling stories, and presenting them directly to customers.
It's a role that combines data analysis with real influence. You'll support sales conversations, own customer-facing category decks, and help answer the big questions buyers are asking, like
"what is the future of...?"
You'll love this if you…
* Have experience in
category, insights or data-led roles
in FMCG (agency or client-side).
* Are fluent with tools like
Dunnhumby, Nielsen, Kantar or IRI
.
* Know how to turn spreadsheets into stories that influence customers.
* Are confident presenting externally (or ready to step up into it).
* Want a role with visibility, ownership, and a clear progression path
* Thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
REQUIRMENTS:
* You MUST come from an FMCG background
* You MUST have at least 3-5 years of experience
