This is a rare opportunity to join a Tier 1 Legal 500 Private Client team in Warwickshire as an Associate Partner or Legal Director.

Who we’re looking for
4. Technically strong Private Client Solicitor
5. Significant experience in Tax & Trusts work
6. Broad general Private Client experience
7. Demonstrable experience handling complex, high-value matters
8. Background from a Legal 500 or strong regional firm
9. Confident working with HNW and UHNW individuals
10. Ambitious and motivated to build their profile within a leading team
11. STEP qualification (Desired)
What you’ll be doing
12. Handling predominantly Tax & Trusts matters for HNW/UHNW clients
13. Managing and developing an established caseload
14. Delivering technically excellent advice in complex estate planning structures
15. Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
16. Mentoring and supporting junior lawyers (depending on experience)
17. Contributing to the wider growth and strategic direction of the team
Targets are team-based, with a strong emphasis on quality over volume. The focus is on delivering outstanding work and maintaining strong client relationships, not churning files.
