The role
* Provide 1st and 2nd line support across hardware, software and networks
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for internal users
* Support system upgrades, installs and maintenance
* Work across desktops, laptops, printers and basic network infrastructure
* Deliver excellent customer service and user support
What you’ll need
* Previous IT support experience or strong technical knowledge
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car
* Strong problem solving skills and a proactive attitude
* Good communication skills with non technical users
* Desire to learn and progress within IT
