Are you an experienced Customer Care Advisor, looking to join a friendly team and make a difference?
Our client is looking for a Customer Care Advisor to join their team on a 12 month contract, which is a great opportunity to take the next level in your career. With offices based in Witham, you'll work closely with the team, providing support with customer queries and managing admin duties within the department.
Responsibilities
* Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email
* Investigate and resolve complaints promptly and efficiently
* Build positive relationships with customers, providing clear information and support throughout their journey
* Assist the other members of the team with their duties
* Complete any administration duties deemed necessary by the Customer Care Manager or your team members
Requirements
* Previous experience in a customer facing role
* Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
* Experience communicating with customers via telephone and email
