Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for customers, face‑to‑face or by phone, offering support beyond energy services.
* Empower customers with practical, personalised energy‑saving advice to reduce usage, lower bills, and shrink their carbon footprint.
* Introduce customers to our innovative, eco‑conscious products and services.
* Use the in‑house CRM system to resolve queries efficiently and translate technical information into everyday language.
* Act as a sustainability ambassador, collaborating with local charities and organisations through Utilita Giving.
* Lead local green initiatives and inspire others to contribute to a cleaner, more connected future.
Qualifications
* A genuine interest in sustainability and community engagement, with the opportunity to gain an ISEP qualification.
* A passion for helping people and making a difference.
* Great communication skills across all channels.
* A proactive, can‑do attitude.
