* Band 1 (Probation start): £26,520 per year
* Band 2 (Post-probation): £27,560 per year
* Band 3 (Extra skills such as Oral Hygiene Instruction, Scanning, Fluoride Application): £29,120 per year
* Band 4 (Radiography or Lead Nurse/Supervisory role): £31,200+ per year
* TCO: Salary dependent on experience

The Role
* Provide chairside support across a variety of general and cosmetic treatments
* Prepare and sterilise instruments and equipment
* Deliver excellent patient care, offering reassurance and guidance throughout treatment
* Maintain accurate records and manage schedules using digital systems
* Coordinate treatments, guiding patients through their journey clearly and professionally
* Ensure compliance with CQC, infection control, and best practice standards
* Contribute positively to the team and daily operations
* Manage stock and equipment to ensure efficiency
* Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals
About You
* Qualified and GDC-registered Dental Nurse (essential)
* Strong patient care skills with a calm and empathetic approach
* Confident communicator, able to explain treatment plans and finance clearly (for TCO role)
* Organised, reliable, and motivated to develop professionally
* Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
* Competent in written and spoken English, with strong IT skills
