You’ll help them develop independence, confidence, and self-worth, providing calm, trauma-informed, person-centred care. Senior Support Workers will additionally: Lead and mentor the team Ensure consistent, high-quality care Support professional development for staff Who We’re Looking For Experience supporting individuals in a learning disability or complex needs setting Senior Support Worker applicants should have leadership experience and the ability to mentor staff Creative, resilient, and passionate about making a real difference Driving licence essential (automatic, held for 1 year) – you’ll be driving the service user’s vehicle to support community outings and activities.
