ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE Your duties will involve maintenance and landscaping of customer and staff areas of retail park and includes litter picking, sweeping, weed control, emptying bins, chewing gum removal, pressure washing of pedestrian walkways and general maintenance and repairs required around park. Experience and knowledge of use of landscaping equipment, hand and power tools required. Possession of current IPAF 3A/3B and Pesticide PA1/PA6 certificates would be preferred.
