We are representing a nationally recognised Fire & Security solutions provider, looking to hire an experienced Fire and Security Service Engineer.

You will be responsible for servicing and maintaining fire and security systems across a variety of commercial sites in your local area, ensuring compliance, reliability, and excellent customer service.

Basic Salary: £32,000 - £38,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): £50,000 - £55,000
Company Vehicle: Fully expensed, including personal use
Paid Travel Time: After 30 minutes each way

Responsibilities - Fire and Security Service Engineer
As a Fire and Security Service Engineer, your role will include:
Servicing and maintaining Fire Alarm, CCTV, Intruder Alarm, and Access Control systems
Performing reactive callouts and fault diagnostics
Planning and completing daily service visits in your assigned area
Ensuring all work meets industry compliance standards
Keeping accurate reports using the company CRM
Managing van stock levels and working with logistics for restocking
Attending team meetings and relevant technical training
Identifying personal development opportunities and upskilling where needed
Requirements - Fire and Security Service Engineer
Background in electrical or electronic engineering (or similar)
Proven experience servicing fire and/or security systems
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Full UK Driving Licence
Previous customer-facing experience preferred
Flexibility to participate in an on-call rota
