Electrical Design Engineer

My client works within engineering and is looking for an Electrical Design Engineer to develop as part of their team.
Below are the details of the role:
* Role: Electrical Design Engineer
* Salary: GBP 30,000 – GBP 35,000 per annum (dependent on experience, please advise)
* Type: Permanent
* Location: Staffordshire
Qualifications and Experience
* Apprenticeship / HNC / HND / BTEC / City and Guilds / Degree qualification or similar in Electrical Engineering
* Previous experience carrying out electrical design
* Experience working with control panels
* Proficiency with CAD software such as AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical, EPlan or SolidWorks Electrical
* Good hands‑on electrical skills to be involved with commissioning
* Excellent problem‑solving capabilitiesAbility to work well individually as well as part of a team
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Responsibilities
* Working within the existing engineering team
* Producing detailed design specifications for control panels, working with CAD
* Ordering in parts when required
* Assisting with commissioning when required
