Job Description
3. Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
4. Support the recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions and coordinating interviews.
5. Assist in managing employee relations, including handling disciplinary and grievance cases.
6. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
7. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
8. Manage onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
9. Provide support in performance management and employee development activities.
10. Collaborate with senior HR staff to ensure consistent application of HR practices across the organisation.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior HR Advisor should have:
11. Experience in human resources.
12. A solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
13. Strong organisational and administrative skills.
