Integra Education are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic English Graduate to support secondary schools in Salford on a day to day basis, short and long term. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who is considering a career in teaching and would like to gain valuable classroom experience.
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will support the English department by assisting teachers, working with students in small groups and helping to deliver engaging learning activities. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about literature, language and helping young people succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Support English teachers in delivering lessons across KS3 and KS4
Provide targeted support to students who need additional help with reading and writing
Assist with lesson preparation and classroom activities
Help monitor student progress and engagement
Contribute to the wider life of the school
Requirements:
A degree in English or a related subject
Strong communication and organisational skills
A passion for education and supporting young learners
A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential
