Teaching Personnel are looking to appoint a resilient behaviour support assistant to join our high-achieving secondary school to start in October 2025. £1790 - £1900 per month (dependent on relevant experience and qualifications). Paid weekly via PAYE (no umbrella company or agency fees). October 2025 start. Role responsibilities: Support students identified as requiring additional support with their learning and integration into mainstream education. Build rapport and positive relationships with students. Collaborate with the SENco to implement one-to-one behavioural intervention programmes. Maintain good knowledge of SEMH and SEN. Follow all safeguarding and child protection policies. Our client secondary school is located on the outskirts on Bolton making it easily accessible to surrounding areas such as Leigh, Prestwich and Salford.
