SEN Teaching Assistant Primary School ARP Carshalton Full time Starting 6th January This well resourced primary school in Carshalton are looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to start ASAP to work in their ARP. The Role Working with a small class of approximately 6 children, you will be supporting students with Autism and associated needs. The students range from 9 to 11 years in age, but cognitively operate at EYFS/KS1 level. The class is well supported by a full time class teacher and 3 additional adults. You must have previous experience of working with children with SEND, ideally in a classroom environment, and be reliable and committed in order to provide the children with consistency. The School Located on the outskirts of Carshalton and within walking distance of Mitcham tram station, this primary school is easily accessible by car and public transport. There is a true community feel at the school and a very inclusive approach with the school benefitting from a specialist Autism provision.
