Job Description
3. Assist with purchase ledger postings and accurate financial data input
4. Process invoices, ensuring correct coding and approvals
5. Support reconciliation of supplier statements and company credit cards
6. Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across all financial records
7. Manage office supplies, including stationery and general consumables
8. Ensure the office remains organised, presentable and well stocked
9. Monitor shared inboxes and respond to queries efficiently
10. Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner
11. Provide administrative support to the Finance team
12. Liaised with courier companies and freight providers to arrange shipments and resolve delivery queries.
13. Assist with day-to-day office coordination and ad hoc tasks
14. Provide general administrative support to the CEO, assisting with day-to-day tasks and coordination as required

A successful Accounts and Office Administrator should have:
