Grassland Agro sources, produces, and sells a complete range of conventional and specialty fertilizers, soil conditioning products, animal mineral blocks, biostimulants, and Dairy Hygiene products. Part of Groupe Roullier, our R&D takes place at our Global Innovation Center in St. Malo. We are passionate about delivering superior technical advice on-farm, which supports our growth through quality products and expert service.
We are seeking a Regional Sales and Business Development Manager for the Northern Ireland region. The role involves developing long-term customer relationships, connecting with industry stakeholders, and implementing strategic plans to maximize sales and customer service. Responsibilities include product presentation, optimizing distribution and costs, managing customer accounts, enforcing sales policies, supporting and motivating the sales team, and contributing to company development.
Requirements include a third-level qualification in Agriculture and/or Business, proven sales management experience, technical knowledge of the agricultural sector, strong commercial acumen, leadership skills, excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a full clean driver’s license.
