Sales Administrator Much Wenlock Permanent £13 per hour Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and detail-focused individual to join our client in their friendly and fast-paced team. This is a varied and vital role supporting customer service, order processing, and dispatch coordination. We are ideally looking for someone who has worked in a similar sales administration coordinator type role, where you are passionate about giving a good customer services, but equally comfortable with Administration, organisational skills and prioritising your work. Responsibilities and duties will include, but not limited to: * Manage a shared inbox, handling quotes, orders, and general enquiries. * Process customer orders accurately and follow them through from receipt to dispatch. * Prepare and send order-related paperwork to customers. * Save and manage documents within internal systems. * Refer technical queries to appropriate departments. * Log complaints and escalate where necessary. * Take customer payments and liaise with accounts on BACS transactions. * Organise and send customer samples. * Handle incoming calls from new and existing customers. * Liaise with production, check orders for accuracy, and coordinate dispatch. * Work with hauliers and courier services to arrange collections and track deliveries. * Ensure labels, manifests, and shipping documentation ...
