About the role
Working closely with all aspects of the Regional Business Division to ensure compliance with quality in Surfacing and Civils works undertaken. The role ensures that works are working in compliance with Quality Management Systems, Sector Accreditation, Contract Specific Specifications, Specification for Highway Works and British Standards.
You will be providing regular feedback on performance, compliance with specification and general quality standards to the operational managers.
You will also be required to establish an effective inspection programme to ensure quality and compliance is achieved across the Surfacing and Regional Business Division.

About you
We are looking for you to bring:
1. A sound knowledge of NEC Contracts and Contracts for Highway Works
2. A sound understanding and experience in interpreting construction drawings and specifications
3. A relevant qualification and significant post-qualification experience in delivery of large surfacing and civil engineering projects
4. Excellent communication skills and ability to develop relationships with operational managers and site teams
