What You Will Be Doing Driving sales growth through structured account management and new opportunity development Managing customer relationships from initial contact through quotation, negotiation, and order completion Preparing and submitting commercial quotations aligned with pricing strategy and margin expectations Leading and supporting contract negotiations with customers Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, and Finance to deliver customer solutions Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent communication and follow-up Contributing to wider commercial strategy, including pricing approaches and market development Maintaining accurate records and forecasts using internal systems What You Bring Experience in sales, business development, or account management within a technical or manufacturing environment Proven ability to manage customer relationships and negotiate commercial agreements Strong understanding of pricing, margins, and commercial risk Confident communicator, comfortable working across multiple departments Organised and self-sufficient, with the ability to manage your own workload Experience within aerospace or a technical engineering sector is advantageous but not essential.
