Join a respected property brand with local roots and national reach.
We're Carvers – an established, multi-disciplinary property company operating across residential sales and lettings, commercial property, building surveying, and premium homes (via Fine & Country). As we enter an exciting phase of growth, we're looking for a Marketing Manager to take the lead in shaping and delivering our marketing strategy across all divisions.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a creative, commercially-minded marketer to make a real impact – leading campaigns, building brand awareness, and helping drive lead generation across multiple channels.
The Role
You'll be responsible for managing and executing our marketing efforts across digital, social, print and events. From property campaigns to video content, local PR to social media, you'll be working closely with our directors and team leads to deliver effective, engaging marketing that gets results.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Developing and delivering our overall marketing strategy across the business
* Leading our brand refresh across all channels and materials
* Creating content for social media, website, blogs, and email newsletters
* Planning and launching marketing campaigns for new properties, services and local initiatives
* Managing digital lead generation efforts (PPC, SEO, paid social – with external support where needed)
* Coordinating video content production and promotional materials
* Planning and promoting local events, collaborations and community engagement
* Monitoring campaign performance and reporting on key metrics
What We're Looking For
We're after someone with energy, ideas, and drive – but also the organisation and commercial mindset to get things done.
You'll need:
* 3+ years' experience in a marketing role (property, agency, or B2C preferred)
* Proven track record of managing digital and offline campaigns
* Strong content creation and copywriting skills
* A good understanding of social media, email marketing, CMS platforms and design tools (e.g. Canva, Mailchimp, Adobe Suite)
* Confidence working with data, lead tracking, and performance reporting
* A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple projects
Nice to have:
* Experience in the property sector (residential, lettings, surveying, or commercial)
* Video production or editing experience
* Knowledge of the County Durham & North Yorkshire market and local communities
Why Join Carvers?
* Work with a long-established, highly respected local brand
* Be part of a growing, forward-thinking team
* Lead exciting projects with real creative input
* Competitive salary and flexible working
* A chance to help shape the future of a business rooted in people, place and progress
