Attention to detail is critical. You must take pride in producing accurate work and maintaining high standards, especially when handling sensitive employee data. Organisation, workload management and clear communication across the business are essential.
Collaboration and flexibility with HR, IT and wider stakeholders are required. A strong understanding of data protection and confidentiality is essential. An HR qualification, or working towards one such as CIPD Level 3, would be beneficial.
