Our Ofsted Good nursery caresfor up to 96 children across fivewarm, well‐designed base rooms. Each room has its own dedicatedAstroTurf outdoor area surrounded by trees and wildlife, creatingthe perfect environment for outdoor learning andexploration.
Located onthe University of Nottingham campus,close to QMC Hospital, the nursery offers excellent accessibilityfor staff and families. Our long‐standing, experienced team iscommitted to giving every child the very best start inlife.
KeyResponsibilities
* Lead and inspire your team to deliverhigh‐quality childcare
* Ensure strong EYFSpractice and continuous qualityimprovement
* Maintain full compliance and a safelearning environment
* Manage budgets, staffing,and resources effectively
* Build positiverelationships with parents, staff, and thecommunity
* Support staff development and promotebest practice
Required Qualifications:
AboutYou
* Level 3childcare qualification (NNEB, BTEC, CACHE,NVQ)
* Experience as a Nursery Manager orAssistant Manager
* Strong leadership,communication, and organisationalskills
