Role:
TheSenior Program Manager is responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of programs, ensuring their success, and overseeing theglobal managed access program. The role involves leading across-functional team, collaborating with internal teams, managingthird-party vendors, delivering on key performance indicators,mentoring EAP team members, and carrying out relevant GDP SOPs.Travel may be required due to the global nature of the role, whichwill be necessary to meet the business needs.
Responsibilities
* Entirelife-cycle program delivery from program award to closeout.
* Full accountability and responsibility forthe success of the program in accordance with global clientexpectations
* Be the primary point of contactfor global client companies with whom we partner for the provisionof their Exclusive Access Programs (Expanded Access and exclusivedistribution programs) and have overall accountability for programdelivery.
* Line management or mentorship for anyProgram Associate assigned to the team orProgram
* Lead a cross-functional program teamcomprising stakeholders across Uniphar Group for the design,implementation and delivery of EAPs.
* Upon awardof the program ensure all necessary contracts and agreements(Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work, Quality TechnicalAgreements, Data Processing Agreements, Safety Data ExchangeAgreements and others as required) are inplace.
* Take full accountability for thedeliverables and monitoring Key Performance Indicators committed tofor the assigned program.
* Onboard the client,their manufacturer and product(s) within the relevant Uniphar Groupcompanies.
* Be the advocate for assigned clientswithin Uniphar Group to ensure a best-in-class service is deliveredthroughout the program life cycle.
* Collaboratewith internal teams including regulatory, supply chain, quality andtechnical to ensure client requirements are implemented into theprogram in line with global regulatoryrequirements.
* Design, write and implementprogram specific-processes and be accountable for processes beingfollowed by the project team.
* Support with themanagement of third-party vendors in regards to program specificaspects, when a third party is required for client programs due tocountry regulatory requirements or clientrequest.
* Maintain communication with theclient, in line with the agreed program communication plan. Thiswill include weekly and monthly meetings and ad hoccommunication.
* Manage scope changes throughoutthe program by receiving and understanding a request from theclient, assessing contractual and operational implications andprogressing as required with support from the internalcross-functional team.
* Have accountability forall program reporting requirements, at a time and frequency asagreed with the client.
* Delivery of KeyPerformance Indicators, including budgetary targets, as well asaccount relationship developmentobjectives.
* Understand the client's plans forthe asset in the context of the drug development and launch processto be able to predict, plan and execute transitions within theprogram.
* Identify opportunities for developingnew business from existing clients with the Uniphar Groupcapabilities in mind.
* To adhere to the relevantSOPs as assigned within the QMS.
* Mentoring ofEAP team members to allow for personal development and teamknowledge sharing.
* As this is a global team,travel will be necessary to meet the businessneeds.

* Ability to make quick and cleardecisions
