Full-Time Learning Support Assistant (Reception / EYFS)

Are you passionate about supporting young learners at the very start of their educational journey? We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive primary school within a Reception / EYFS setting this September.

The Role:
You will be working closely with the class teacher to support children aged 4–5, assisting with phonics, early numeracy, and creative play-based learning. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom where every child feels supported.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support within Reception
* Assist with early literacy and numeracy development
* Support children with additional learning needs where required
* Help create a fun, safe, and stimulating learning environment
* Encourage positive behaviour and social development

* Experience working with children (EYFS experience highly desirable)

* Strong communication and teamwork skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
