Analyst
to join our team and play a key role in supporting our mission to bring innovative technologies to market.
What you'll be doing:
As an Analyst at UCLB, you'll be at the heart of our data-driven decision-making. You'll work across teams to analyse company metrics, prepare impactful reports, and manage key systems including our technology document management system
Minuet and our Online Licensing Platform.
Activities include:
Data & Reporting
* Analyse data from internal systems to produce reports for the UCLB Board and UCL.
* Support Directors in preparing presentations showcasing company performance.
* Conduct benchmarking studies and prepare commercialisation metrics.
Online Licensing Platform
* Manage online orders and customer queries.
* Source new products and maintain licensing systems.
* Collaborate with platform teams to enhance system functionality.
Minuet System
* Ensure accurate and timely data entry.
* Provide training and first-line support.
* Lead gap analysis and embed standard operating procedures.
What experience you'll need to apply:
* A relevant science degree or equivalent experience.
* Strong background in data management and analysis (Minuet highly beneficial).
* Experience in technology commercialisation and academic funding.
* Excellent IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Exceptional communication and organisational abilities.
* A proactive, personable approach with strong teamwork skills.
* Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK and abroad.

A competitive salary of £38,000 - £45,000 depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, the company offers a performance related pay scheme of up to 10% of salary, generous holiday allowance (31 days & 8 Bank holidays), flexible and hybrid working (2 days in the Central London office per week, 3 days WFH), private healthcare as well as a defined contribution pension scheme with up to 16% contribution from us
