We are looking for an Electrician to work in social housing properties in Oxford and surrounding areas. This is a contract position with weekly pay and long term work available. This role consists of remedial, test and inspection works in tenanted and voids housing properties.
The Electrician will receive:
Pay on hourly rate between £25 and £27.
Long term contract work - up to 4 years
Weekly pay
Paid call out 1 in 3/4 weeks
Pension scheme
Company van & fuel card
23 days holiday & bank holiday - option to buy and sell holiday
The Electrician successful will be expected to complete:
Carrying out fault finding & responsive repairs
Repairing MCB - circuit breakers, small electrical repairs, switches, recertification.
Remedial work within void and tenanted properties
Working from job tickets or a handheld device
