What your day will look like
* Portfolio growth: Creating and executing a plan to bring new property owners into the fold.
* Relationship building: Networking, attending events, and turning leads into long‑term clients.
* End‑to‑end management: From fair market rent assessments to selecting the perfect tenants and managing maintenance, routine inspections and managing exits.
* Problem solving: Acting as the calm voice of reason in disputes and representing owners at tenancy hearings.
* Compliance and detail: Keeping the paperwork sharp and the database up to date.
