Job Description

Oversee and manage the organisation's credit accounts to ensure timely payments.Communicate with clients and stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies effectively.Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and records related to credit control.Monitor aged debts and follow up appropriately to reduce outstanding balances.Collaborate with other departments to address any billing or payment issues.Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.Identify and report potential risks related to credit management.Support the Accounting & Finance team in other administrative duties as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller should have:
4. Proven experience in a similar credit controller or finance role.
5. Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
7. Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office.
8. A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
