We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Dietitian to join our healthcare team. Duties
* Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments of patients based on medical history and lifestyle factors.

* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to integrate nutritional strategies into overall patient care.
* Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure optimal health outcomes.
* Keep detailed records of assessments, care plans, and patient interactions in accordance with organisational policies.
* Stay informed about the latest developments in nutrition science and incorporate best practices into service delivery.
Experience
* Proven experience working as a Dietitian or in a similar nutritional advisory role.
* Strong knowledge of nutrition principles, dietary guidelines, and clinical care planning.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and empathetically.
* Experience in creating customised care plans tailored to diverse patient needs.
* Prior experience working within a healthcare setting is preferred but not essential for entry-level applicants. Pay: £80,000.00-£90,000.00 per year
