As part of a wider business transformation initiative, the procurement division is seeking two dynamic Technology Sourcing Managers to join their expanding team. This organisation is embarking on a major strategic evolution, and procurement is front and centre in this change. If you're a driven procurement professional with expertise (or growing experience) in technology categories—especially software and IT services—this could be the perfect opportunity to step into a strategic, high-impact role with substantial influence and scope. Role Highlights: Take ownership of complex IT procurement initiatives, spanning areas such as enterprise software, IT infrastructure, and technology consulting services. Build and deliver fresh procurement strategies across a variety of technology spend categories in a largely Greenfield environment. Work in close collaboration with innovation and technology teams to support future-facing digital projects. Manage senior stakeholders across the business and lead on significant commercial negotiations for high-value contracts. Influence long-term sourcing plans and ensure procurement plays a strategic role in key business decisions. Ideal Candidate Profile: Proven experience within IT procurement, especially software, cloud, infrastructure or professional services. Broader indirect procurement profiles with some IT exposure are also welcome. Demonstrated ability to operate in fast-paced, high-spend environments—ideally working on £multi-million projects. Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation capabilities. Academic background such as a degree and/or CIPS certification is advantageous, though not essential.
