People Operations Advisor | London | Award-Winning Entertainment Group | Immediate Start (July 26)

Their work spans premium scripted and unscripted content, documentaries, branded entertainment and culture-defining productions for major streaming platforms and broadcasters. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly creative, collaborative and fast-moving business where no two days are the same. Candidates should be available to start by July 2026.
The Opportunity
As People Operations Advisor, you'll play a central role in delivering an outstanding employee experience across the business. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll support the full employee lifecycle while helping to build scalable processes and a positive, high-performing culture.
Key responsibilities include
* Supporting end-to-end recruitment and partnering with hiring managers to deliver a first‑class candidate experience
* Leading onboarding and induction processes to ensure new starters have a seamless introduction to the business
* Producing HR metrics and insights, including headcount, turnover and absence reporting, to support strategic decision‑making
* Partnering with payroll and benefits teams to ensure accurate monthly processing
* Managing employee records and ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation and GDPR requirements
* Supporting managers on probation reviews, performance processes, family leave, absence management and off‑boarding
* Managing freelancer onboarding and ensuring IR35 compliance
* Identifying opportunities to improve HR systems, processes and the overall employee experience
* Contributing to engagement, learning and development initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive culture
About You
* 2+ years experience within a People Operations or HR Advisor role
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law, employee relations and IR35
* Experience working with payroll and benefits administration
* Confident using HRIS and ATS platforms
* Strong analytical skills with experience producing and interpreting HR data
* Highly organised, proactive and solutions‑focused
* Previous experience within media, entertainment, production or another fast‑paced creative environment would be advantageous
