Join Our Team: Field Service Engineer - Bradford
We are seeking a Field Service Engineer / Field Support Technician with the ability to fault-find hardware and software applications and perform break-fix hardware repairs. Excellent client-facing skills are essential for this role at nGeneration Limited.

Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct daily visits to client locations for installation, refurbishment, and maintenance of EPoS equipment, chip and pin devices, tablets, digital menu boards, media screens, kitchen management systems, routers, Wi-Fi, and other IT equipment.
2. Travel to client sites to provide on-site equipment swaps, minimizing downtime.
3. Set up Wi-Fi devices and identify faults with data network cables on-site.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and technical issues during site visits, escalating when necessary.
5. Document troubleshooting steps and actions, ensuring client sign-off before task completion.
Requirements
* Experience in installing, supporting, and troubleshooting electronic hardware/devices, preferably in retail or hospitality industries. Training will be provided for EPoS systems.
* Willingness to travel daily to client sites across the UK, including overnight stays.
* Full UK Manual Driver’s License is mandatory.
* Technical mindset with logical troubleshooting skills and experience with data network cables.
Qualifications
* 1+ year of IT support experience (preferred).
* 1+ year of EPOS experience (preferred).
* Full UK Manual Driving License.
