Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with special educational needs.
* Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment.
* Adapt teaching materials and strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
* Promote a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
* Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience working with children with special educational needs is preferred.
* A relevant qualification in education or SEN support is advantageous.
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to adapt to changing needs and work effectively under pressure.
