The Role: Sales Manager
Sector: Coworking / Flexible Offices
Location: South East London
Salary: £50,000 to £55,000pa + Package

This is a highly proactive role, demanding of continuous prospecting/business development activities. A creative approach to sales is essential, as is leveraging network and fostering local business community connections.
What you will do:
Lead Sourcing and Management:
* Identify and source leads for private offices through various channels, including market research, networking events, online platforms, and referral partnerships.
* Effectively manage and prioritize leads using our Customer Management System (CMS), Hubspot, to ensure accurate reporting and timely follow-ups.
Prospecting Activities:
* Implement effective prospecting strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and other creative approaches.
* Develop and maintain a strong online presence by engaging with potential clients through social media platforms and online communities.
Networking and Relationship Management:
* Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand your professional network and generate potential leads.
* Collaborate with brokers and referral partners to maximize referral opportunities and maintain strong relationships.
* Leverage existing relationships and continuously seek new partnerships to drive business growth.
Full Sales Process Ownership:
* Take ownership of the entire sales process, from lead sourcing and qualification to conducting tours and closing deals.
* Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor presentations accordingly.
* Collaborate with the site and central team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in new business development and ideally have exposure to Commercial Real Estate / Coworking / Flexible Office sales.
