Working hours 8.30-4pm The Role: Support pupils in the classroom, including 1:1 and small group interventions Assist children with additional needs (SEN) and behavioural challenges Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to support learning and development Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment Observe and report on pupil progress and wellbeing About You: A recent Psychology graduate (or final year student) Interested in education, child psychology, or SEN Patient, empathetic, and confident working with children aged 4-11 A team player with strong communication skills Previous experience with children (volunteering, tutoring, youth work) is desirable but not essential Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
