Due to the increased demand in the affordable housing market, we have been instructed to source a Project Manager to lead a team on a new development comprised of 200 + Masonry Built units with a 30 month program. As this is a Design and Build scheme, it is essential that applicants are familiar with dealing with a client on a multitute of different tasks. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a construction site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
