 
        
        Salary: £32,000 - 34,000 per year Requirements:
 * Strong IT knowledge across desktops, laptops, servers, and office systems.
 * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
 * A proactive, adaptable, and hardworking approach.
 * Ability to think outside the box and take ownership of tasks.
 * Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard hours and travel between sites.
 * Access to or ownership of a car is advantageous, but not essential.
Responsibilities:
 * Provide 1st line Help Desk support for UK users and assist with international support.
 * Register Change Requests and Trouble Tickets on the Help Desk system.
 * Manage desktop hardware, software, and applications.
 * Support and maintain printers across multiple sites.
 * Roll out hardware and software using Microsoft MDT for optimal deployment.
 * Purchase IT peripherals and manage inventory.
 * Provide infrastructure support within agreed Service Level Agreements.
 * Participate in project work related to IT systems modernisation.
