We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative, based in our Cannock office.

What you’ll do:

* Act as the principle point of contact for Aggreko’s customers

* Manage all internal touchpoints during the lifecycle of the rental

* Collaborate with the sales and Operations teams to ensure a successful customer experience

* Meet the expectations and requirements of the customers

* Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, gaining their trust and respect

* Handle incoming customers calls to address equipment, service or contract queries

* Manage customer credit limits and payment expectations

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

* Experience in a customer service or account management role is essential

* Background in rentals, construction, or civils industries is beneficial

* Experience using a CRM system (ideally Salesforce) is highly advantageous, but training can be provided

* Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to gather information from customers and offer suitable product and service solutions

* Strong stakeholder relationship management skills

* Collaborative working style across wider teams

* Ability to solve problems and think outside the box
