A leading UK law firm with a strong national footprint is looking to appoint an experienced Corporate Partner to join its expanding Bristol office. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a highly regarded corporate team known for delivering commercially focused advice to a diverse client base.
The Opportunity
You will join a sizeable and well-established corporate practice advising a broad spectrum of clients, including owner-managed businesses, high-growth companies, financial institutions and large corporates. The team handles a wide range of high-quality work including:
* Mergers and acquisitions
* Private equity transactions and investments
* Fundraising and equity structuring
* Corporate reorganisations and restructuring
* Joint ventures and shareholder arrangements
* Corporate governance and advisory matters
The Bristol team is experiencing significant growth and offers a collaborative, supportive environment with strong cross-office integration. You will work alongside highly regarded senior lawyers on complex and high-value transactions while also having the opportunity to take ownership of your own matters.
The Role

About You
To be successful in this role you will:
* Be a qualified lawyer with strong corporate experience gained at a reputable firm
* Demonstrate excellent technical knowledge across a range of corporate matters
* Have the ability to run transactions independently with minimal supervision
* Possess strong commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
* Have a proven track record of meeting financial and performance targets
* Be confident using case management systems and standard IT packages
* Be a proactive, personable team player with strong communication skills
